WASTE
Where there are many people, a lot of waste is produced. For the good of all, but also for the sake of our environment, we ask for your active support. There are marked waste islands (incl. separate PET and ALU collection bins) all over the site. Please use these and do not throw your waste on the ground. This is a great help for our round-the-clock clean-up team.

ALCOHOL
Children and young people under the age of 16 are strictly forbidden to consume alcohol. The consumption of spirits and drinks with spirits (mixed drinks) is strictly prohibited for young people under the age of 18.
If the age is not beyond doubt above the legal limits, identification (ID) must be shown to the staff.

ALCOHOL PREVENTION
Drink enough non-alcoholic drinks and eat enough during the concert! This will help you stay fit and lucid.

TICKETS
Tickets must be exchanged for a concert wristband at the entrance. This must be worn tightly around the wrist. Opened, broken or lost wristbands lose their value. The concert wristband is provided with proof of age. It will only be issued on presentation of an official form of identification (e.g. ID) (identification required)!

VISITORS WITH DISABILITIES
The concert area is generally wheelchair accessible. There are disabled toilets and a wheelchair-accessible platform with a view of the stage. These areas are also accessible for an accompanying person.
Please note that the concert will take place in an open area. Depending on the weather, manoeuvring a wheelchair can sometimes be awkward. Wheelchair and companion seats are available directly at rollstuhl@ticketmaster.ch.

Info: If you already have a regular ticket and need access to the wheelchair-accessible platform, please also contact Ticketmaster at the email address provided and exchange your tickets for a wheelchair and companion seat ticket.

HEARING PROTECTION
Quiet music is no pleasure. Neither is music that is too loud. We adhere to the existing regulations regarding maximum volume. Those who still find this too loud can and should protect themselves. We are therefore distributing free ear plugs. Where? At the Info-Point, at the stage pit and at exposed bars.

INFO-POINT
Our long-serving staff will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The Info-Point is located at the main entrance.
It will be open continuously on the day of the concert. In the run-up to the concert, we can be reached for information at info@oitg.ch
